Ingrédients:
500 ml de lait
1 sachet de sucre vanille
1 banane
50 g de chocolat noir
1 pincée de cannelle moulue
Préparation:
Chauffez le lait dans une casserole. Ajoutez le sucre de vanille
Transformez le banane en purée à l’aide de blinder
Ajoutez le banane au lait chaud
Cassez le chocolat et ajoutez à la casserole et remuez
Dès que le cocktail devient homogène, retirez du feu et versez dans des tasses
Ornez par la cannelle moulue
Servez chaud
