250 g de farine
125 g de sucre
1 tasse d’huile
1 cuillère à café de cannelle



Mélanger la farine, le sucre et l’huile.

Confectionner de petites boules de la taille d’une grosse bille.

Les aplatir avec la paume de la main et les aligner sur une plaque légèrement huilée.

Les faire cuire à four chaud pendant 10 minutes environ.

Au sortir du four, mettre une pincée de cannelle sur chaque biscuit.
